I’m Paul Burke, and I have a passion for delivering high value systems solutions, launching business initiatives, delivering business results and helping educate and develop leaders to think in new and creative ways. For the past sixteen years at Symphony EYC, Ambient Consulting, Best Buy, Imation and Oracle, I've been leading teams to deliver large strategic programs, traditional and agile projects and organizational change management.
I received an MBA from the University of St. Thomas, PMP certification from the Project Management Institute, and Lean Six Sigma Black Belt from Imation Corp. I’m a former hockey goalie for University of Alaska, married and live in St. Louis Park. My wife and I have two sons who are high school hockey goalies.

I'm Carolyn Burke, and I am a former professional ballet dancer and teacher in the US, and more recently a business owner of Carolyn's Floral, retailer at Home Depot and a supervisor within the Marriott Hotels chain.
I have a passion for customer service and helping individuals and organizations achieve their goals. As the Client Services Director, I ensure PCMPro clients, consultants and students are delighted with our services, and I help manage the operations for PCMPro.

I was one of the founders of the PCM, and the integration of Project & Change Mgmt along with Paul at Best Buy. Together we developed PCM curriculum and taught over 300 employees in basic, intermediate and advanced PCM.

I am David Chase and I am passionate about delivering successful solutions and problem solving. As the Principal of Chase Solutions, I strive to provide ‘business solutions for a small planet’. I have over 20 years’ experience delivering solutions through portfolio, program and project management. I’ve worked with Target, Best Buy, 3M, Microsoft, Foot Locker, Digital River and Vascular Solutions among others. The solutions I deliver with teams and organizations are consistently successful, and sustainable.
I received my BA, Masters in Marketing, and MBA from Metropolitan State University, my e-Commerce Masters Certification from St. Thomas and my PMP certification from the Project Management Institute. Coaching and teaching others as well as lifelong learning, is a passion for me. Paul and I worked together at Ambient Consulting, implementing solutions and training others on Project Management and Lean Six Sigma.
My wife and I live in Saint Michael MN and love to travel, having been in every state and five continents. I have an interest in coins and collectibles, and actively volunteer in community service projects and mission work.
